Blue/Red dash lighting? MPS aero
« on: February 02, 2008, 10:32:05 PM »
I heard it was possible to make the dash blue or red, is this the case? I know when the head lights come on there is a back blue light on the dash behind the red lights. Also when head lights are off the dash lights are bright red. Can you turn off the red lights when head lights off, i assume this is to light up the dash as it is quite far set behind the telescopic like covers.
Who needs 4 wheels when you have 2??? Bike it baby!!!!

I think you are turning the dash lights right down low which then shows the normal daylight driving colour.

If that makes sense without me researching it properly first.

I think you will find that the dash lights are either on full bright or can be reduced via a thumbwheel the lower the brightnes the more prominent the blue.
With lights off (daytime); pressing the speedo button reduces the brightness in preset stages.

No. normal day colour is orange. At night when lights come on, you can switch between blue and red.
