Too bad they didn't have the one on display with the back up monitor. I saw one on display at Mazdafest last year.

Oh, and if you think the CX7 is big, wait till you see the CX9!

We've got the Audi Q7.

I believe the CX9 is more or less a direct competitor

So Why not ?

Fair point, well executed delivery and point conceded: Fluffy 0 Willpower 1.  ;D

However, Audi has the status to make a large premium SUV viable, has Mazda?  I don't think so.  We all love our little cars but is Mazda the Japanese equivalent to Audi and VW?  I say no, maybe Honda, Toyota, Lexus and Nissan can get away with it but I'm not convinced Mazda would be wise squeezing a large SUV into what is already a satiated market place.  A CRV, X-Trail and Freelander competitor is more appropriate for Mazda in the UK at the moment.  I'd be very surprised if they try that big thing here, even if i do like the looks of it!  Lets face it, Mazda doesn't even have 4x4 credibility in the UK where as Nissan and Toyota definitely are know for their 4x4's.
