Not a huge fan of the alloys, but i love the reg plate!

Nice motor, id like one, but i think the fuel would hit me hard as i do about 20,000+ miles a year.

I recognise that car.....'Come on the Blues on the RX8OC'  first car on there if I remember right ;)

Looking good and you'll have the best of both worlds Rex for a blast and a punchy economical diesel. Welcome to the world of diesel.

Really miss my RX8, the 3 is a very good car, but I miss all those revs and beeps ;)

What colour did you go for?

Nice car and I normally hate those alloys but I actually think they look good on that car.

I didnt realise they had 190+ bhp.  Are they low on torque cos I had some muppet in one try and box me in going up a hill on the dual carriageway home 10 mins ago, I when I accelerated he did too but he couldnt get past me?  By the time we reached the top of the hill he backed off a bit, no doubt he would easily get past me on the flat.

I think its a 230 because it has xenons at that age. A friend bought a 230 around the time the factory burnt down (2005?) and said it was the only external difference at the time. Not sure if that's totally true.

Yeh, its the 230, and externally the Xenons and headlamp washers were the only difference, the other main differnce was the 192 is 5 speed and this is a six speed and comes with the alu pedals.

The wheels are 18s but are half an inch wider than standard, I've also added a Prodrive spolier, 8 pot K-sport brakes, Racing Beat Grills, Sway Bars and REVi Intake, Borla cat back and a few other cosmetic enhancements

Yes indeed, loved my RX8, had 4 great years in it, but in the end the head ruled the heart and it had to go, but when it went part of me went with it ( I know sad old git ;)), but I can still lurk and have the memories.

Enjoyed the whole experience and the OC was part of it, I'd have been lost without all the great advice on there. Good banter too :D A blast through the Highlands with 8 other cars was a real highlight, also got a few laps with a more adventurous owner round Knockhill to see what the car could really do. Happy days ;D

It has xenons so it should be a 231 but it doesn't mean that the car isn't an import so actually sdg3mps I didn't want to make an assumption like you just did!
