New Mazda 3 150psi O2 Sensor
« on: April 24, 2010, 05:26:26 PM »
Hi there

Just joined the forum today.  Interesting reading regarding the O2 sensor plus the DSC light on the new Maxda 3.  My went after 750 miles, was in the garage a week, got it back and everything was OK until today.  Only done an additional 200 miles since it was fixed and is back in the garage again with the same problem.  I am now writing a letter of compleint to Mazda HQ in England, I would suggest anybody else who has had this problem does the same.

I chose Mazda for their reliability record !!

Today's update.  Got the car back today, replaced O2 sensor yet again, the job sheet states carried out 16 step remapping of computer, fault codes present P0154.  What's even more annoying they have done 140 miles in the car to rectify the problem !  Good test this weekend as we are gong away.  Watch this space.

Update, I have received a letter from Mazda HQ offering me two free services, which I think seems fair.  Just hope the problem never returns.  Anybody else with the same problem must write to Mazda HQ.
