ludicrous prices
« on: March 24, 2010, 05:54:15 PM »
hi all,

i was browsing confused.com today and decided to get an idea on how much the mps will cost me on insurence when i get it.

i put in all my details and although i only have 2 years no claims (previous was comp car) the prices wasnt too bad at £900 with £350 excess.

that would be on a 2010 mps

i looked further down at the prices and they were not too bad until i noticed a few around the £1200-£1300 mark not too bad i suppose until you see the excess............£3250

these companies must be having a laugh

haha better make the most of it.

was just getting an idea, i need to have specialist insurence anyway as it needs to be insured all year round for the whole of europe as im based in germany with the army and drive back and fourth.

it will cost around £1400 fully comp for the insurence as its usually about £500 more for the privalage
