Mazda 323 V6 P reg
« on: January 05, 2010, 07:04:05 PM »
I need to change the rear brake pads on my daughter's 323 V6 but I cannot see how to remove the calipers. I did her front ones with no problem but the back ones are completely different. Any ideas please?

at the bottom of the calliper is a 6mm bolt with a 10mm head. basically undo it and the calliper swings upwards. Just done it on my one.

Thanks for your help. As we were due to go on holiday I got the garage to do it and they had problems due to seized callipers,so I am glad I didn't attempt it. Thanks again.

My daughter's car is fine now but she says it needs filling up too often. Do you happen to know the typical mpg?

Thanks for your help. I'll get her to calculate her actual consumption figures.
