I'm going to go with horse apples...

Done a reasonable amount of home body repair over the years. I could see this working for micro scratches in the clear, in the same way as polish.

But the advert appears to show it magically adding perfectly blended absolutely flat colour and base to scratches that are through all the paint.

If only it was that easy.
