Time to change gearbox oil mazda 3 2.0

When is the Mazda-Gearbox factory oil change time after a few thousand kilometers? It is 7000 kilometers, two years after the oil was poured into the gearbox. (ATF M-V) AT

In the Mazda manual you have to replace the gearbox (transmission is ATF M-V) oil after 160000 km or 96months.

Since the machine has been operating for 7000 kilometers and has been running for 2 years, it needs to be replaced.

Mazda's authorized dealers in Iran change gearbox oil to 40,000 kilometers or after 2 years, whichever comes first, 40,000 or 2 years.

Is my driving normal and slow or does the oil break down after 2years if the oil color has not changed much?

Does the gearbox have an expiry date, such as a car that has traveled 9,000 miles in three years, or should the gearbox oil be replaced?

What is the precise way to check the gearbox oil size with the car oil gauge ?What should the gearbox at oil level be when the car is cold?
When the car was not running for 24 hours, the engine was completely cold.I checked the gearbox oil level and it was 5mm at the end of the oil

gauge. Was the oil level correct? When the car behind the red beam should the gear shift from idle d to idle n, how long will the car stay in idle D

and the foot on the brake? Is moving too much gear from D to N the gear while in traffic is damaging to the gearbox?
