Mazda 3 SkyActiv D remap

Anyone done this? I see that Elite remaps are suggesting they will get 210bhp from the 2.2D, The power curve looks particularly interesting - pulling all the way to the redline rather than flattening off abruptly after the initial hit of torque.

Could potentially make for a fun stealthy drive.

I've been contemplating it on my MK2 2.2D for ages, I know BBR can get that to 219bhp with stage 1 and 243bhp with an improved turbo (limited by the clutch) but whilst the car could probably handle the extra power and torque whist on the move, I think it would struggle to get it all down off the line. I don't know if the MK3 is any different having a little less power to start with but mine will easily break traction in 1st and 2nd and 3rd in the wet. This could just be due to the fact its done 105k and the turbo isn't delivering boost in as linear way as when it was new though!

lem....

Are you talking Mazda 3 BM chassis the latest shape...?

If so I have my doubts Elite can actually map it.......Ive tried getting my 2015 2.2d mapped at a few tuners who claim to be able to map them but failed. Anyone can read from the ECU but cannot write back to the ECu as they are encrypted.

But id love to be wrong and Elite can do it...
