Looking for a Jap-specialist garage in or around SUFFOLK, UK
« on: October 09, 2014, 10:45:01 AM »
Hi,

I have taken the decision to not continue with the full MAZDA service history due to the ridiculous prices!  :o

I would, however, like to use a Jap-specialist garage that will use genuine Mazda parts. I live near to Ipswich in Suffolk but am willing to travel a few miles out of Suffolk if I have to.

Need service and MOT in January!

Thanks
Claire

Most Independant garages could service your Mazda.i bought my Mazda from the Ipswich dealers but had few problems with them so I take mine to wrights Mazda Beccles and Norwich.the service guy martin at Beccles knows his stuff.ive found them not expensive and fair .

The same reasons I stopped using my dealership for servicing. For the past 3 years I have use a Bosch Franchise Independent Garage. They have serviced my car to Mazda standards using genuine Mazda parts when needed, give excellent service and are at least 30% cheaper than the Main Mazda Dealers. I suggest you try them.

Look here  http://www.boschcarservice.co.uk/bosch-garages/suffolk/ipswich

Interestingly, I recently received a call from my dealership asking me why I was not using them any more. They received a straight answer from me and I suggested that if they wanted my patronage back then they should contact me closer to my annual service date with a price. I would then compare this with the price quoted by my independent. We shall see what happens in January.
