thanks willpower could not find topic on search . hi sotonman yes i had not heard about it until i see it on mazda uk website.the my mazda was upgraded in july this year so customers who already have a My Mazda account need to reactivate their accounts so it reads on website.thought it was handy for printing off records etc.

i've been trying to register on this App for months now. I enter my surname and VIN number and all I get is a message to say that my nam and VIN don't match. I've just tried again with same result!

Then I suggest you speak to a Mazda dealer to help. Your name or the VIN number might have been input wrongly by Mazda.

How to find out car servicing records,I have tried  to download the app no good,have emailed my local Mazda branch they responded with contact a branch in England.No response from them,so frustrating,it would be a lot simpler if  they used the old system.

Prompted by your difficulties trying to access your servicing details, I used my My Mazda app on my phone to check.   I was able to find the details of my last service and what was done and the details of the next service required. And if I needed to I was able to download said details.  So basically it was all there with no issues.

Sign in and go to  My Cars      This should take you to a screen showing your vehicle type and registration. 

Tap on View Details  This should take you to a new screen which says Next Service    and the mileage and date.

Scroll further and you will see 2 columns   Vehicle    and   Servicing    

Tap on Servicing   and you will get a new screen showing service history

Tap on the appropriate  >   arrow to access the information.     It also shows   Download Service Records

Of course this is only possible if you have registered your car on the app in the first place.

Thanks for the  reply Willpower  but  app won't download,I have had a successful  outcome as I again emailed
SDM Mazda Falkirk who have now emailed the service record to me.So eventually  got the details I required.
