I use torque pro. And just got an elm scan off eBay. Most if not all of the elm obd scanners are China knock offs but they do the job. Word of warning to apple users you cannot use a Bluetooth obd reader you need to use a WiFi one. Unless you jailbreak the device and install a secondary plugin think it costs £10 for the plug in
