mazda 3 car mats
« on: January 14, 2012, 12:52:52 AM »
Just replaced the mats after 2 1/2 years the front had worn out, went for premium set at £54 standard were £46. Looking at the two sets side by side i wouldnt buy the standard set again. At the time when getting the car i didnt know they sold different grades of mats.

Good luck with the luxury mats, I'm on my 4th set after 33,000 miles, one set only lasted 800 miles before a hole appeared where the left foot rests. However, the current set are the best so far, about 5,000 miles on these.
Original mats bought with the car, so all have been changed under warranty.

The luxury mats on my previous Mazda3 sport lasted 85000 miles before a small hole appeared on the drivers one. I would never buy the standard as they look really cheap and nasty by comparison.

I don't know what mats I have but they've done 62k so far in my Mk2. They are starting to feel a little thing in one particular place but nothing serious yet. I'm guessing they are "luxury"

The premium mats in my 56 plate sport have lasted for 53k miles so far and it looks like i'm still gonna keep them for a while.
