Hi,
My M3 service is due and have been contacted by the above Company to be accompanied at my service and participate in a 'Mystery Shopper' type thing to evaluate my dealership.

A £75 John Lewis voucher is in it for me (apparently).

Has anyone else had this? Has anyone done it?

Is it worth the hassle?

I got an email from them but I had already booked my service so was ineligible
