Parcel shelf clips have come out!

My parcel shelf clips have come out of a Mazda 3 sport 17 plate. U.K.

They are not broken but need to know how to put them back in as the hole is super small and the clips heads are big, it’s almost like I need tool to thread them in?

Sorry for the lack of knowledge and any help much appreciated.
