Having had a Mazda 3 Sport Nav from a local dealership at the end of 2016, I have been very pleased with the service and helpfulness of them. Naturally I approached them for a change, but unfortunately they did not have what I wanted in stock and although they were looking around, I managed to find one in Wolverhampton, some 40 miles away. During the looking around, I did see another suitable car at a dealership 60 miles away, with a sister dealership more local. However after seeing the one I eventually bought, one dealership said I could look at the one 60 miles away, not say anything to them if interested and let him know I was interested so that he would sell it to me. Not something I felt very comfortable with, as that particular salesman was prepared to be dishonest to get his commission, so I bought what I first saw myself. I will be going back to my original dealership for ongoing servicing as they proved their worth.
