If this is the next Mazda 3 I will be seriously interested in 2019.
What does everyone think?

Looks very nice and it will be interesting to watch and see if it comes to fruition.

( I have edited your title because I would hate Mazda to be associated with the Ka   :)  )
Look at life through the windscreen, not the rearview mirror.

Thanks willpower
I know it could all change but it looks like they have gone back to 3 separate dials  which I prefare and a more intergrated satnav/ media system.
Should be more economical , quieter, smoother  and  have more power. Hopefully
What sort of power/ bhp would people like to see with the new 3?

Very attractive looking Car

At least 180 just to make it a day to day car. But preferably 250 BHP+

180-200bhp would be good but maybe they are looking at going a bit more sporty.

sporty is good!  Hope they improve customer care though. After having 3 mazdas on the drive I vowed I'd never buy another...

... but that looks so nice!

There's no way that nose is passing pedestrian safety regs. Looks cool but you're not allowed to have an amputation device on the front of car at thigh height. Same goes for the recessed headlamps, they would need to be covered. By the time you've made the lip less pronounced and faired in the headlamps and fitted the actual wheels that will be on a road car you have...the current car pretty much.
