3rd gen headlight switching sides
« on: July 28, 2015, 06:27:24 PM »
Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help with a query. I'm traveling to the continent at the end of August so I'll be driving on the wrong side of the road. I have bi xenon headlights that turn with the steering wheel. I think I remember something saying that headlights which do this will automatically switch sides on the continent, so they are pointing at the pavement. This should alleviate the need for the awful stickers when I get off the ferry.

However I can't find that now and neither can I see anything in the car settings which says that this happens.

Has anyone got a 3rd Gen Mazda 3 and/our happens to know if this is true or if I'm making it up?

Afraid not Beam Benders it is, which is madness!.

Mazda recommended  www.motoring-into-europe.co.uk - Eurolites.

Cheapest I found was on Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001P5SPJW?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00

I did'nt stick them down too hard and they came off with no problems, in fact they came off so easy that I'll be able to use them again.
