Looking for a used mazda 31.6 TD either 2012 or 2013 but im lost with what is the base model and which is the best one for me, so could someone explain the models and what one has that the other one does not have?

Others on here know more about this than I do but you should check the extras list very carefully when buying used. During the life of the 2nd Gen cars Mazda seem to have changed the trim levels several times at their annual "refresh", possibly as a way to reduce costs and avoid a (larger) price increase.

It is confusing even for dealers so you need to physically confirm that any item you really want is actually on the car you intend to buy. Mine is an early 2nd gen 2.0L Sport manual and has all the above plus heated electric folding mirrors and keyless entry. Its standard Sport spec (at least on the 2.0) also included items such as a sat nav (not billed as a separate sat nav model), LED rear lights and tinted rear windows.
